Callback Button lets you easily add a "request callback" button to your Shopify store - your customers can request to be called back directly from your store's product pages.
When you install the app, a floating "callback" button will appear on your product pages. When a customer clicks on the button, you will receive their contant info via email and SMS in real-time.
Yes - we display your privacy policy and a checkbox to accept that policy to your European customers on the callback popup automatically.
On our "free" plan, you can receive up to 20 callback requests per month for free. If you go over this limit (or want real-time SMS notifications when a callback request comes in) you'll need to upgrade to one of our paid plans.
Yes, all of our plans are "month-to-month" plans, meaning that you can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, please click here
Payments are handled by Shopify, so you don't need to enter new payment details, but can simply approve the charge in Shopify.
